Do I need any special equipment to listen?

Nope! Just your phone or computer and a pair of headphones (optional but recommended).

How long are the meditations?

Most sessions are 30 minutes—long enough to guide you gently into sleep.

Is this like therapy or hypnosis?

Tranquili meditations are not therapy or hypnosis. They use mindfulness-based relaxation and storytelling techniques to help you calm your mind and body.

Will this help me sleep if I have chronic pain or anxiety?

Many of our listeners deal with chronic pain, anxiety, or insomnia. While results vary, our meditations are designed specifically with these challenges in mind.

Are your meditations medically approved?

Our content is not a substitute for medical care, but the meditations are created by Elaina who has  personal experience in managing pain, anxiety, and sleep issues through evidence-based techniques. Elaina also has a certificate for Stress Management from Harvard Medical School.

Is it safe to fall asleep while listening?

Yes! Our meditations are created to help you fall asleep gently and safely. There’s no need to stay awake until the end.

Do you offer any meditations without voice?

Yes! We also feature ambient soundscapes and soft music for those who prefer wordless sleep support.
